Pierce Building Services (PBS) were engaged by my parents’ insurance company to manage a storm damage claim. Water had tracked across the ceiling staining the timber surface and damaging the wooden panelling of one wall. The distress that this caused my aged parents, both in their nineties, was compounded by my father’s hospitalisation at the time. I would like to express my gratitude to PBS and especially the Supervisor Josh Larsen. Throughout Josh maintained a metaphorical smile on his face keeping my parents up to date, fielding their questions and working around their frequent medical appointments. This went a long way to easing their distress, thank-you. The tradespeople engaged were very professional and my parents were absolutely delighted with the quality of the repair.
